SAP Process Systems Analyst - Sales & Distribution -

This position requires a detail oriented self-motivated individual for design, configure, implement and support the SAP Sales & Distribution module. Position will be required to work with business user community to develop scaleable solutions to solve business issues and implement new processes as well as integrate efficiencies in existing systems.

Detailed understanding of business processes and how the Sales & Distribution module supports the business processes and applies this knowledge to best solve problems including Pricing & Tax, Order Processing, Credit Management, Output Determination, Fulfillment, Billing, AR, Credits & Returns, and integration to Finance.
Participates in user requirements gathering with business subject matter experts, and document business requirements.
Develop systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines, and work with technical resources to complete object development and testing.
Work with IT architects and developers to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements. Includes all required interfaces to/from existing legacy systems or new interfaces as required.
Proficient in configuration dependencies and integration between SAP SD, MM & FI functional modules, and designs and troubleshoots in the area with this knowledge.
Work closely with business to provides alternative solutions based on best practices and SAP functionality within the Sales & Distribution module.
Actively knowledge share by developing functional skills in other team members across SAP modules.
Create test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups.
Complete assigned problem tickets by analyzing and resolving reported issue.
Ensure systems availability is at or above committed service levels.
Stay current on products and best practices.
Works on assignments or issues of medium complexity that requires demonstrated knowledge across SAP modules.
Ensure all processes are in compliances with Deluxe Corporation’s policies and procedures, including SOX and record retention processes
